Last updated: May 2025
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Kinjiyudo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. These terms apply to all members regardless of membership tier.
2. Nature of the Service
Kinjiyudo is an educational community platform. We provide tools, content, and discussion channels for the purpose of financial education and the sharing of trading-related knowledge. We are not a regulated financial services provider. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.
3. Risk Warning
Spread betting and CFD trading carry a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You may lose more than your initial deposit. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Ensure you fully understand the risks involved before trading and seek independent financial advice if necessary.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account. You must keep your login credentials secure and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. You must comply with our Community Guidelines at all times.
5. Intellectual Property
All platform content produced by Kinjiyudo — including course materials, written content, and software — is owned by Jiyulabs and may not be reproduced without permission. Member-submitted content remains your property, but by posting you grant Kinjiyudo a licence to display it within the platform.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or our Community Guidelines, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kinjiyudo and Jiyulabs accept no liability for any trading losses, financial decisions, or other damages arising from your use of this platform or reliance on any content herein.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
